Lapis isn't too much concerned with how Peridot is holding herself. Everything she's she's focused on? That's Peridot licking and nosing her Gem, which has her arching her back to press it harder against the sensation.

There's a distinct squirming in her pants that Peridot may or may not notice, with how she's pressed up against said paw. Or at least, how she's trying to jerk her own hips against it. The pants, unfortunately, are in the way.
