Peridot had gotten the sense that she was joking, and panicked all the same. Still, it's nice to hear Lapis acknowledge that. She looks up at her with big bright adoring eyes.

"Oh. Okay. Well. Good," she says, smiling like a huge goober. "Well in that case..."

She gets back to her feet and nudges Lapis's waist lightly with her head, trying to push her further in the room.
